Report suspicious creatives or unlawful content
Spotted fraud, malware, a copyright violation, or a policy breach? Send the details. Every report is reviewed within 24 working hours. We anonymize the submitter before any investigation runs.
Our SLA commitment
Every report receives a written response within 24 working hours. DMCA notices follow a standard 48 working-hour cycle from receipt of the complete filing. No report is archived without a documented response — that includes the cases where we explain why we won't act.
What happens after you submit
- 01
Acknowledgement
Within 4 working hours you receive an email confirmation with the ticket number and the applicable SLA (24h standard, 48h DMCA).
- 02
Anonymized review
The anti-fraud team strips submitter identity, then cross-checks the report against campaign logs, sub-source IDs, and the behavioural-validation signal stack. Creative is suspended cautiously if signals warrant.
- 03
Decision and disclosure
Within 24 working hours you receive the outcome: removal, temporary suspension, or a written reason for non-action. Never silence.
- 04
Quarterly audit
Verified reports feed the quarterly audit. Sub-source IDs and publisher accounts crossing a documented threshold of verified abuse reports are renegotiated or removed from the network.
Submit a report
Include URLs, screenshots, and the relevant context — sub_id, GEO, time window. We anonymize the submitter before any investigation.
